On the anniversary of Biggie’s death, it’s only right to repost his first TV interview. This is also Jay-Z’s first TV appearance as well in 1994. The legendary producer Easy Mo Bee is also in this interview.

Tonight, there will be a tribute party for B.I.G. at Santos Party House in NYC at 10PM. Easy Mo Bee will be the DJ, Raekwon will perform along with others to be anounced. DJ Kool Herc is in poor health. Needs donations to pay for surgery!!

The creator of HIP HOP, DJ Kool Herc needs surgery for an undisclosed disease and doesn’t have health insurance to cover the cost.

The HIP HOP community is asking everyone to donate whatever they can or atleast spread the word to others who can make any donation to help pay for his surgery. With all the fans of HIP HOP worldwide, this should be an easy mission to accomplish. I personally made a donation to his sister Cindy through PayPal. The donation info is at the bottom of this page.

Kool Herc made a cameo appearance in our new documentary, “The Best Of: BlacksInActionTV.Com”.
